New Jersey Auto Insurance CEO Eric Poe, Esq., CPA
An experienced executive based in Princeton, New Jersey, Eric Poe, Esq., CPA, is the CEO of CURE Auto Insurance – a company that provides no-fault insurance products to in multiple states. As CEO, he oversees operations at the company, from loss control underwriting to insurance product marketing. He has also developed and managed the company’s litigation strategy.
Mr. Poe has worked for CURE auto insurance since 1994. Over more than three decades, he has developed policies that reflect his belief that insurance products should not be priced based on an individual’s employment status or academic background. Under his leadership, CURE does not consider credit scores when providing fairly priced auto insurance. In addition to embracing these beliefs at his company, he has successfully advocated for legislation in Michigan that prevents discriminatory auto insurance pricing.
Mr. Poe holds a law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law and an accounting degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
